Would you like to take part in Hailsham Arts Festival 2011?

                            

Application for inclusion in programme for Arts Events or Art Trail.

Please return complete and signed application form and any other relevant information with a SAE to:Gallery North, 70 High Street, Hailsham, BN27 1AX together with a cheque for £15 payable to Gallery North

to arrive NO LATER THAN 1st JULY (deadline extended form 20th June).

Unsuccessful applicants will have cheque returned.
